Participatory Workshop – Learn to Do It Yourself, Together
In addition to the booth, the association also hosts a participatory workshop, often hosted in the shared premises of the ECKCO third-place. This space is designed for those who want to go further: learn bicycle mechanics, understand how their bike works, and learn how to maintain, diagnose, disassemble, and reassemble it.
It features:
Self-service tools,
Bikes to be refurbished through the reuse channel,
Passionate volunteers ready to guide step by step,
A friendly atmosphere, where you can come and learn at your own pace, without judgment.
These workshops are also an opportunity to repurpose recycled parts, give a second life to abandoned bikes, and share valuable knowledge in a spirit of circular economy and solidarity.
But beyond the technical aspects, a community is being built. Participatory workshops are places where everyone can become an actor, ambassador, or trainer in their turn. They embody the very essence of the Biclorama project: working together to live better together.
